Kathy is like the energizer bunny on Red Bull! I am fortunate enough to be working with her on a contract where I am buying a property and she is representing the sellers. No matter what time of day I email her, she responds immediately, does what she says she'll do and is the epitome of over-deliver! She's given me the name of local contacts to help with remodeling work and as a long-time resident in the Ocean City area and former chamber of commerce president, knows EVERYONE in town!
